Abstract
Objective To study the diversify and clinical significance of IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 and IgM,IgG,IgA in different conditions of children with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods 47 cases of children with HFMD were divided into mild group and severe group under the condition, 10 cases of healthy children were taken as control group at the same period.The IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 were tested by enzyme-link immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The IgM,IgG,IgA were tested by the immunoturbidimetric assay.Results The levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 were compared among three groups,there were statistically significant differences between control group and severe group (P<0.01),values of severe group were significantly higher than the other.The levels of IgM,IgG,IgA were compared among three groups, there were statistically significant differences between control group and severe group (P<0.01), values of severe group were significantly lower than the other.Conclusion The high concentrations of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α and the low levels of IgM,IgG,IgA in children with severe HFMD suggests that patients experience severe inflammatory and antiinflammatory reaction when the virus attacks the body.关键词
