三种颌面赝复硅橡胶耐热氧老化性能的对比测定
Investigation of the anti-heat aging abilities of three silicone rubbers for maxillofacial prostheses.

Abstract
Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the anti-heat aging abilities of new prosthetic silicone elastomer ZY-1 ,and to compare them with those of A-2186 and SY-1. Method: Mechanical properties before and after heat aging of ZY-1, A-2186 and SY-1 were determined and compared. Statistical analyses were done using a two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Result: After heat aging, the tensile strength, elongation at break, tear strength, and the hardness of three elastomers all showed downtrend. The percentage changes in mechanical properties after aging was no significant difference between ZY-1 and A-2186. However the The percentage changes in elongation at break,permanent deformation and tear strength of ZY-1 and A-2186 were less than those of SY-1. Conclusion: ZY-1 addition-type silicone rubber processed good anti-heat aging abilities for use as a maxillofacial prosthetic material.关键词
