慢性移植物抗宿主病口腔表征的临床及诊断分析
The clinical and diagnosis analysis of chronic graft-versus-host disease in oral cavity.

Abstract
Objective: We performed a systematic review on patients who developed chronic graft-versus-host disease in oral cavity after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and to offer evidence to the diagnosis an treatment for graft-versus-host disease in oral cavity. Method: Studies on oral chronic graft-versus-host disease in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were selected from a wider search based on five electronic databases: PubMed database (1966-March 2010), EMBASE (1989-March 2010), Chinese Biomedical Database (1980-March 2010).No language restrictions were applied. According to our searching strategy and including criteria, 35 studies were identified for analysis. Result: Literature shows that the oral chronic graft-versus-host disease has a higher prevalence and the oral manifestations were diverse. Diagnostic criteria is unclear yet. Conclusion: The commonest oral manifestation includes oral ulcers, erythema and lichen planus-like lesions among patients with chronic graft-versus-host disease. The majority of patients complained with pain and decreased salivary secretion. A better understanding on oral chronic graft-versus-host disease in clinical is needed in future, as wellas the diagnosis criteria needs to be modified further.关键词
