上唇挡联合改良摆式矫治器治疗牙列拥挤的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the treatment effects of reformed pendulum and upper lip bumper therapy on crowed malocclusion in the beginning of permanent dentition. Method: 21patients with severe crowed malocclusion in the beginning of permanent dentition were treated with reformed pendulum and upper lip bumper, Cephalometric analysis was performed with pre-treatment and post-treatment cephalograms. Paired t-test conducted to assess the treatment effects. Result:Teech moving and alveolar rebuilding is the main change after the treatment by reformed pendulum and upper lip bumper. The improvement of overjet is achieved with foreward of A point, SNA increase 3.68° and the upper molar was distalized by 2.96 mm. Conclusion: severe crowed malocclusion in the beginning of permanent dentition can be treated successful by reformed pendulum and upper lip bumper.关键词
