Abstract
Objective To observe the expression of CyclinD1 ,PTEN in cutaneous squamous carcinoma and to study the relationship with the genesis and development of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Methods A totle of 25 specimens of cutaneous squamous carcinoma were evaluated by inmmunohistochmeical technique with monoclonal antibody for the expression of CyclinD1, PTEN. Results The positive expression rate of CyclinD1, in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher compared to normal skin(P＜0. 01 ). The positive expression rate of PTEN in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was lower compared to normal skin,but no significan difference(P＞0. 05). The expression of CyclinD1 ,was positively correlated with the expression of PTEN in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Conclussion The positive expression of CyclinD1 was up regulated in the cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, The positive expression of PTEN was unusual. The expression of CyclinD1 was correlated with the expression of PTEN in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.关键词
