Abstract
Objective To analysize the expression of CK19 and Galectin-3 in micropapillary lesion of thyroid.Methods By immunohistochemical method,the expression of CK19 and Galectin-3 was detected in 32 cases of PMCT and 28 cases of benign thyroid disease with micropapillary hyperplasia benign lesion group, and the follow-up data for 1-96 months were kept for all cases after surgical managment. Results The expression rate of CK19 and Galectin-3 was 93.75％ and 96.88％ respectively in PMCT,and was 6.25％ and 17.86％ respectively in benign lesion group. There was statistical significant difference between two groups( P ＜ 0. 01 ) , the follow-up data was kept for all cases except 2 cases, no recurrence and death was found in 30 PMCTs and in 28 benign thyroid disease. Conclusion CK19 and Galectin-3 show significant clinical value in early diagnosis for PMCT,and in differential diagnosis for benign thyroid disease with micropapillary hyperplasia. The PMCT has a good prognosis, and keeping long time follow-up could achieve fairly good effect on incidentally detected and low-risk PMCT.关键词
