摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the feasibility of portojejunal anastomosis by continuous suture with Prolene in treatment of advanced hilar cholangiocarcinoma.Methods The efficacy and the short-term complications of 9 patients from 2006 to 2009 with advanced hilar cholangiocarcinoma treated with portojejunal anastomosis by continuous suture with Prolene were analyzed retrospectively.Results The efficacy of biliary drainage in 9 patients was 100％ without biliary leakage after surgery.Conclusion Kenp positive attitude to the surgical treatment for advanced hilar cholangiocarcinoma, the efficacy of biliary drainage with portojejunal anastomosis by continuous suture with Prolene was high, and the short-term complication was low, it will be a helpful palliative methods for the treatment of advanced hilar cholangiocarcinoma.关键词
