Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of international embolotherapy for hemoptysis. Methods The efficacy and complication of international embolotherapy were retrospectively analyzed for 21 patients with massive haemoptysis and repeated relapse. Results In all of 21 patients, there were 18 cases whose bleeding had been stopped immediately. 3 cases with bleeding decreased after operated had been stopped in 48 hours through expectant therapy. Followed up for six months, hemoptysis relapsed in 2 cases in one month whose bleeding had been successfully stopped through the second operation. Chest complaint,abdominal pain and fever were the main compliments. Conclusion The method is safe, velocity, and the efficacy is satisfied.关键词
