盐酸丁卡因胶浆在ICU患者导尿术中的应用体会

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe tetracaine hydrochloride Jelly on achievement ratio of urethral catheterization and the effectiveness of elimination or alleviation pain and symptoms of postoperative ICU patients. Methods 125 postoperative ICU patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups. Experimental group were treated with catheterization of tetracaine hydrochloride Jelly as a lubricant, the control group, paraffin oil as lubricant catheterization. To compare the success rate for only once, extent of pain and Physical discomfort,leakage of urine and urinary tract infection. Results Experimental group has a higher success rate for only once of catheterization (P＜0. 05 ). lower extent pain and physical discomfort( P＜0. 05 ) than the control group. But the tube leakage of urine and urinary tract infection rate was not significantly different between two groups ( P＞0. 05 ). Conclusion Tetracaine hydrochloride Jelly paste as a catheter lubricant, can increase the success rate of one-time catheterization, reduce or eliminate the the pain and discomfort of ICU patients, and can not increase the leakage of urine and urinary tract infection occurred. So it can be routine used in catheterization of ICU patients.关键词
