Abstract
Objective To evaluate MSCT scanning in etiological diagnosis of intestinal obstruction. Methods Analysis of the characteristics of MSCT image of 52 cases to look for the reasons of intestinal obstruction. Results Reasons can be founded in 42 cases. The reasons of 40 cases are corresponded with the surgical、pathologic findings or Conservative therapy. There were 10 cases that we could not find any reason from MSCT images. Conclusion MSCT not only can find and evaluate intestinal obstruction, but also be of great value in etiological diagnosis, and it is helpful in guide the clinical treatment scheme.关键词
