摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of glutamine ennoblement enteral nutrition on the COPD patients who were undergoing the ventilator therapy. Methods Twenty-eight cases were randomized into common enteral nutrition group (13)and glutamin ennoblement enteral nutrition group( 15 ). The two groups were given 10 days nutrition support of isonitrogenous and isocaloric;The different effects on blood gas indexes and protein of blood plasmas were compared. Results The two groups had the similar results in blood plasmas albumin, had significant differences in blood plasma pro-albumin and total protein( P＜0. 05 ).The similar blood gas parameters were observed in two groups, but the glutamine ennoblement group had the better parameters.Conclusion Glutamine ennoblement enteral nutrition was a better nutrition support approach for the COPD patients with normal liver and renal functions who were undergoing ventilator therapy.关键词
