针刺推拿配合康复训练治疗膝骨关节炎疗效观察
Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture and Massotherapy pins Rehabilitation Training in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate and evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and massotherapy in treating knee osteoarthritis and analyze the surface electromyogram of quadriceps femoris in the patients.Methods Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 40 cases each.The treatment group received acupuncture and massotherapy plus rehabilitation training and the control group was given Fenbid and rehabilitation training.The therapeutic effects were evaluated using a pain scale and surface electromyogram in the two groups after treatment.Results The pain was not obviously relieved (P＞0.05) and marked therapeutic effects were not produced (P＞0.05) in the treatment and control groups after treatment.There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in improvements in median frequency and mean power frequency on the surface electromyogram of quadriceps femoris between the treatment and control groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and massotherapy has a better short-term effect than oral Fenbid in treating knee osteoarthritis and can reduce quadriceps femoris fatigue in the patients.关键词
