耳针在体外受精-胚胎移植取卵术中镇痛作用的观察
Observations on the Analgesic Effect of Ear Acupuncture During Ovum Pick-up for in Vitro Fertilization-embryo Transfer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of ear acupuncture during transvaginal ultrasound guided ovum pick-up.Methods One hundred and sixty patients receiving in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 120 cases and a control group of 40 cases. The treatment group received ear acupuncture and the control group, anaesthesia with meperidine hydrochloride (dolantin). The analgesic effects were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in anesthetic effect and the number of collected ova between the the treatment and control groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Ear acupuncture has an analgesic effect similar to that of meperidine hydrochloride and is of safety and effectiveness.关键词
