吡格列酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of pioglitazone combined with irbesartan in treatment of early type 2 diabetic nephropathy( DN ).Methods 120 patients with early type 2 DN were enrolled in the study.58 patients were allocated into control group with irbesartan treatment; 62 patients were allocated into observation group with pioglitazone and irbesartan treatment, the clinical effect blood sugar, renal function ixdex were compared after three months.Results Compared with control group, observation group has better clinical effect ( 72.4％ vs 87.1％ P ＜ 0.05 ).There was a significant different in lowering blood sugar( FBG ,2hPG and HbA1c ), improving kidney function( UAER, Scr, β2-MG, BUN )and lood lipid( TC,TG, LDL-C )( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Pioglitazone combined with irbesartan in treatment early type 2 DN has better effect of lowering blood sugar, improving kidney function and clinical effect.关键词
