Abstract
Objective To study three-dimensional reconstruction of 16-lice CT imaging in the diagnosis of esophageal foreign bodies in food-borne value.Methods 20 patients with esophageal foreign bodies proved by esophagoscopy and surgical were examined by three-dimensional reconstruction of MSCT: multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP), volume rendering (VR) and X-ray.Then the diagnostic value were compared. Results The esophageal foreign bodies of 20 patients werechicken bone,duck bone, fish bone slices, fish bone and so on. 16-slice spiral CT three dimensional reconstruction image of the foreign body shape, size, length, edge sharpness can show them clearly and position accurately. Conclusion 16-lice spiral CT three dimensional reconstruction imaging was better than X-ray and esophagoscopy in foreign body detection diagnosis, and it can evaluate the degree of esophageal injury and complications,and display of esophageal foreign body with surrounding organizations.关键词
