生物及化学毒剂侦检技术发展现状
Development Situation of Detection Technologies for Biological and Chemical Agents
摘要
Abstract
The detection technologies for biological and chemical agents are described in detail. The chemical detection technologies include those used in long-distance and scene detection, of which, the active laser difference radar technology and passive Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy are involved in the former, and the ion mobility spectrum technology, surface acoustic wave technology and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry involved in the latter. The biological agents detection technologies are composed of alarm technology and testing technology, which cover long —distance sensing technology, on-line analysis technology for alarm and real time PCR, immunity and mass spectrum technologies for testing.关键词
