摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop a settlement audit system to resolve some problems in the business and process of the hospital. Methods By analyzing business process carefully, the reasons of these problems were found out, thereby existing process was transformed and optimized, then settlement audit system was developed to tally with the new process. Results These problems were settled through development and implementation of the settlement audit system. Conclusion By the application of the settlement audit system, efficiency and accuracy of the auditor are improved, appearance probability of multiple charge questions is dropped to least, quality of doctor's advice is supervised authentically, long waiting of patient is eliminated, possible conflict or medical tangle in settlement link is avoided, and accuracy of the performance appraisal data is ensured.关键词
