Abstract
Objective To supply the evidence for purchasing the most suitable electronic endoscopy system between narrow-band imaging and auto fluorescence Imaging in hospital and provide the reference value for most of the endoscopy workers. Methods Some important elements such as structure principle, system configuration, clinical application and type demonstration of the electronic endoscopy system between Narrow -band Imaging and Auto Fluorescence Imaging were discussed. Results Every system was equipped with a narrow-band interference filter in the cold light source, but the AFI system needed a special fluorescence endoscopy. They applied the RGB three color- light of different wavelengths and bandwidth for motivating gastrointestinal lesions, obtained the image information with tissue specificity and sensitivity of the lesion. Conclusion NBI and AFI, as the most advanced electronic endoscopic imaging systems, each have their own advantages. Hospital can select one electronic endoscopy system based on the contributory plan with reasonable cost.关键词
