黄麦合剂治疗脾肾阳虚少和弱精症33例
Thirty-three Cases of Oligoathenospermia Due to Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency and Male Infertility Treating with Huangmai Mixture

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of huangmai mixture treating oligoathenospermia due to spleen and kidney yang deficiency. Methods Sixty-six male infertility patients were randomized into experimental group and control group, given with huangmai mixture and compound xuanju capsule, respectively. All patients recruited went through a treating period of 24 weeks and came for follow-up visits at the 4th, 8th, 12th, 16th, 20th and 24 th weekend, receiving clinical examinations and safety evaluation. Observation items included semen analysis, sperm morphology analysis, antisperm antibody, seminal plasma biochemical analysis and serum sex hormone. Results After treatment for 24 weeks, the total effective rates of experimental group and control group were 63.33％ and 53.33％ , respectively. The total effective rates between groups were not statistically significant(P＞0.05). In total, 6 patients' partners conceived during treating period (4 in experimental group and 2 in control group). Compared with those before treatment, the sperm density, sperm motility, a class sperm percentage, a + b class sperm percentage and sperm activity in the treated group and control group increased significantly (P＜0. 05). Fructose density and α-glycosidase also increased, but the increasing degree showed no statistical significance. Serum sex hormone of two groups did not vary before and after treatment (P＞0. 05). Statistical significance was not observed in percentage increased between groups (P＞0.01). Conclusion Huangmai mixture for treating oligoathenospermia due to spleen and kidney yang deficiency has the same efficacy and safety compared with compound xuanju capsule, with a relatively low cost, huangmai mixture is more suitable for clinical application.关键词
