Abstract
Objective To evaluate the utilization tendency of quinolones in 23 hospitals in Nanjing region. Methods By a retrospective study the use of quinolones during 2007 -2009 was statistically analyzed in terms of drug consumption sum, defined daily doses (DDDs) and DDC. Results There were some changes in kinds, DDDs and consumption sum of quinolones during the three years. The consumption sum was increased slowly with the DDDs descended. Levofloxacin was the most commonly used in Nanjing region, which ranked the first in DDDs and consumption sum. Conclusion The variety of quinolones used in 23 hospitals was relatively changeless, and the clinical application of that was reasonable.关键词
