Abstract
Proliferative vitreoretinopathy is the leading cause of failed surgical procedures for the correction of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. Experimental PVR models help us understand the pathogenesis of the disease and find new therapeutic interventions. We review and summarize the animals used in vivo models of PVR, the methods and the evaluation.关键词
