某三级甲等综合医院住院患者精神科会诊3年资料分析

Abstract
Objective: To explore the characteristics of the need for psychiatry and psychological service of the inpatients in a tertiary general hospital. Methods: In three years (2006 - 07 - 01 ～ 2009 - 06 - 30), 2082 referrals to the department of psychological medicine in a tertiary general hospital were enrolled. The data was analyzed,including rate of consultation, referral department, reasons of referral, psychiatric diagnosis and those who were referred more than once. Results: The annual rate of consultation was increasing from 1.01％ to 1.48％ in the 3 years. 15.77％ of the patients were followed after the first consultation. The department with the highest rate of consultation was Intensive Care Unit (ICU) (4. 77％ ), and the department with the most patients being followed was the special medical service department (27. 04％ ) . In the variety of reasons for referral, the dominating one was "current emotional symptoms" (28.4％) . The major psychiatric diagnose category was" neurosis, stress disorder and anxious state" (44.2％) . Those were diagnosed as somatiform disorder or medical unexplained symptoms (MUS) had the most proportion (26. 2％ ) got followed. Conclusion: There is vast and characteristic need for psychiatry and psychological service in general hospital, and the service should be profound and overall, and matching the characters.关键词
