Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of icariin in Yishen Granules.Methods The HPLC method was adopted and the C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile- water(28:72).The detection wavelength was at 270 nm.Results The calibration curve of icariin was linear in the range of 0.28-2.80 μg( r =0.999 9), the average recovery rate was 98.42％, RSD was 0.78％.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Yishen Granules.关键词
