摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the influencing factors in extraction of orange peel essential oil by steam distillation. Methods The singlefactor experiments were performed on the dry and wet degree, particle size, distillation time, solid- liquid ratio, adding NaCl solid agent in orange peel respectively. Results The optimum extraction conditions were drying in shade for 30 d, particle size diameter of 8 mm, distillation time of 90 min, solid - liquid ratio of 1: 1 and solid additives NaCl ratio of 2.5％. Conclusion The experimental data are reliable and the optimal technology is feasible.关键词
