Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the international rational drug use(RDU) indicators and to investigate the use of antibacterial drugs in outpatient clinic of our hospital so as to improve the level of drug use. Methods With the retrospective methods, the prescriptions were randomly selected in five working days per month in the 4th quarter 2008 and the rationality and circumstances of drug use were analyzed. Results The percentage of antibacterial drugs prescribed in our outpatients was 26. 73％. The percentage of injection prescribed was 11.15％.The percentage of drugs prescribed from essential drug list was 75.35％. The amount of leaflets prescribed was mainly between 100-500 yuan, accounting for 58.04％.The use of antibacterial drugs was mainly single-joint, with the ratio of 78.06％. Irrational use of prescribed antibacterial drugs accounted for 11.28％ in the prescription of antibacterial drugs. Conclusion The drug use in prescriptions of the outpatients departments is rational on the whole, but the choice of the antibacterial drugs should be further standardized in order to reduce their adverse reactions and the occurrence of drug resistance.关键词
