高效液相色谱法测定清开灵注射液中绿原酸含量
Content Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Qingkailing Injection by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Qingkailing Injection. Methods The HPLC method was used with the Shimadzu-C18 colunm(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-0. 4％ phosphoric acid(13∶87) as the mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 327 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results A better linearity and good correlation coefficient were obtained, chlorogenic acid was 0. 082 8 - 0. 828 0 μg, r = 0. 999 1 ( n = 5 ). The satisfactory recovery rate was 97.53％ ,RSD = 1.21％ (n = 6). Conclusion The method is accurate, credible and repeatable, which can be used as the method of quality control for Qingkailing Injection.关键词
