化瘀温胆汤对代谢综合征大鼠胰岛素抵抗干预作用的实验研究
The Experimental Research on the Effects of Huayu WendanTang on Insulin Resistance of Metabolic Sydrome Rats

Abstract
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of HuaYu Wendan Tang on insulin resistance of laboratory metabolic syndrome (MS) mice and its mechanism, and thus provide foundation for HuaYu Wendan Tang on treating MS with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Materia medica. Methods: To render mice by feeding high -lipid, high -glucose, high -salt diet in the high temperature and high humid environment and then treat them with HuaYu Wendan Tang, compared with pioglitazone. Then we observed the effects of the drugs on weight, glycol metabolism and insulin sensitivity. Results: Huayu Wendan Tang can lose mice weight, reduce abdominal circumference and index of Lee's. Serum tests of glycometabolism showed that Huayu Wendan Tang can significantly lower fasting blood sugar and insulin and thus improve IR condition, similar to the effect of mefformin. Conclusion: Huayu Wendan Tang can make mice lose weight, improve their insulin resistance.Huayu Wendan Tang may lower fasting blood sugar and insulin and thus improve IR condition of MS by minimizing insulin resistance and improving insulin sensitivity.关键词
