中风芪红利水饮治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响
Zhongfeng Qihong Lishui Liquid(ZFQHLSL)'s Clinicul Effection in Treating Ischemic Cerebral Stroke ( CIS) and the Effection on Vasoactive Function

Abstract
Objective: To observe Zhongfeng Qihong Lishui Liquid (ZFQHLSL) 's clinical effection on lschemic Cerebral Stroke (CIS)and the effect on blood vessel endothelium function, furtherly discuss Zhongfeng Qihong Lishui Liquid' s mechanism of action to lschemic Cerebral Stroke . Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and treatment group (60 cases),Both groups on the basis of western medicine , the control group were treated by buchangnaoxintong capsule and the control group were treated by ZFQHLSL. The changment of the clinical effection 、the changment of the scores of the nerve function' s deficiency and living capability and the changment of the plasma ET and nitric oxide(NO) were observed before and after treatment. Results: In the total clinical effective rate, the treatment group was 91.67％, the control group was 75.00％. There was significantly differences between two groups( P ＜0.05 ) . There were statistical differences between the treatment group and the control group in the changnent of the scores of the nerve function' s deficiency and living capability and the changment of the ET and NO. The resuts shows that the trial group was apparently compared with control group in clinical effection. Conclusion:Zhongfeng Qihong Lishui Liquid is safe and effective in the treatment of Ischemic Cerebral Stroke. So it has a good clinical value.关键词
