复方益肾胶囊对糖尿病大鼠肾组织中TNF-α表达的实验研究
The Experimental Research for the TNF - α Expression of the Effects of Yishen Compound Capsule on the Kidney of Diabetic Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To assess the effects of Yishen compound capsule on the kidney of diabetic rats and explore its mechanism. Methods: Male wistar rats have been injected small dosage streptozotocin(STZ) after operation of right kidney to induce diabetic model rats[1] ;Application of immunohistochemistry SABC of the left kidney TNF - α expression. Results: TNF - α expression in the organization tissue was weak; and it in the renal tissue of the model group was markedly enhanced ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). TNF - α expression in the renal tissue of the high - dose group was significantly lower than that of the model group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ), but this result was close to the western medicine control group. Conclusion: Yishen compound capsule can reduce to some extent DN rats renal expression of TNF - α, which will help to improve glomerular filtration rate in DN and the control of blood sugar, and block the renal lesions of diabetic rats.关键词
