鳖甲煎丸对肺纤维化大鼠肺组织中TGF-β1表达的影响
The Impact of Biejiajian Pill on Transforming Growth Factor β1 ( TGF-β1) of Pumlonary Fibrosis in Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the mechanism of Biejiajian pill to treat pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin in rats.Methods: The healthy SD rats (50) were randomly divided into normal group, model group, prednisone group, Biejiajian pill group ( moderate dose and large dose ). Bleomycin was injected in bronchia to make the model of pulmonary fibrosis in rats. After 28 days. The rats were killed and collected specimens to measure the expression of TGF-β1. Results: The expression of TGF-β1 is weak in Biejiajian pill groups of high and moderate dose. Conclusion: Biejiajian pill has a certain treatment effect on the pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin in rats, possibly fulfill through controlling TGF-β1 expression.关键词
