Abstract
Objective: Comparing the differences among Patrinia scabra Bunge.extractions on growth-inhibiteng effects of tumor cell in vitro and testing anti - tumor effects of different Patrinia scabtra Bunge.extractions.Methods: The SPCA - 1、HepG2、 K562 cells growth was measured by MTT-microculture tetrazoliu assay.Results: Patrinia scabra Bunge.lignanoid、saponin inhibited the SPCA - 1、 HepG2、 K562 cell growth in concentration - and time -dependent manners.And the effect of Patrinia scabra Bunge.lignanoid is more significant.IC50 is 21.16μg/mi after intervention in 400μ g/ml Patrinia scabra Bunge.llignanoid for 96h, But polysaccharide has different effect on different tumor cell.Conclusions: The anti-tumor effect of different Patrinia scabra Bunge.extractions are distinguished from treating different tumor cell.The effect of Patrinia scabra Bunge liynanoid is more significant.关键词
