Abstract
Objective: Research on the influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine compound prescription to treat rats diabetes model on urine micro protein, proved Yiqiyangyin possible mechanism of Chinese herbal compound prescription. Methods:8 rats randomly selected control group fed with normal diet, the other rats fed high- calorie diet, a month later, high- calorie diet to STZ rats made film, the rats were randomly divided into model group, high group, herbal low group, n = 8. High group were given herbal medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction of the low group of drugs, administered once daily for 4 weeks, measured in rat urine microalbumin (mALB), αl-micro globulin (αl-MG), β2-micro globulin (β2-MG) and utinary transferrin ( TRF ). Results: Chinese Medicine group and model group ( P＜ 0.01 ), there are significant differences, indicating the medicines could significantly reduce urine protein in diabetic rats, the kidney had a good protective effect. Conclusions: Yiqiyangyin Herbs on the kidney of diabetic rats have some protective effect, the possible mechanism is to decrease urinary trace protein on the early stage.关键词
