摘要
Abstract
To determine the content of orientin in macroporous resin extract of fenugreek seeds. Methods: It was determined with HPLC. The column was ODS C18 column (150mm ×4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 2％ H2PO4 ( 15:85 ). The wavelength was 350nm. Results: The standard curve was linear in the range of 0. 023 ～ 0. 279μ g ( r =0. 9999) for orientin. The average recovery of orientin were 100. 1％. The contents of orienfin from 3 simples were 1.30％、1.41％、 1.34％. Conclusion: The method is simple, quick and accurate. It is suitable for content determination of orientin maroporous in resin extract of fenugreek seeds.关键词
