针刺治疗黄褐斑的临床研究进展
The Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture Treatment for Melasma
摘要
Abstract
Melasma is a common skin disease, which is often suffered among women.Clinical trials indicate that acupuncture treatment for melasma has reliable efficacy and less adverse reactions.At present there are various methods of acupuncture treatments for melasma, such as a simple acupuncture, the use of acupuncture and ear, cupping, herbal mask, and oral administration, etc.,we also carry out a more extensive study of effective mechanism of acupuncture.It showed that needle puncture treatment for melasma which may be related to acupuncture can increase the activity of superoxide dismutase, regulate hormone levels, change blood rheology and so on.To further optimize melasma acupuncture treatment program and to explore its therapeutic mechanism,the author summarizes the clinical research progress of acupuncture treatment for melasma in rectent years.关键词
