充血性心力衰竭患者血清胰岛素、肿瘤坏死因子-α与中医辨证分型关系的临床研究
The Relationship Between Serum Insulin, INF- a in Patients with Congestive Heart Failure and the TCM Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs for Classification of Syndrome

Abstract
Objective: Exploration on the congestive heart failure(CHF) patient's serum insulin, tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF- at) relationship with the Chinese medicine dialectics. Methods: Choices the CHF patients 80 examples and the normal contrast 30 exampies. All selected samples in the morning 8 o' clock extract empty stomach elbow venous blood 5 mL,3 000 r/min centrifugal force separate serum and the separation After blood serum in - 20℃ preservation. The insulin expressed with radioimmunologic. TNF - a expressed with radioimmunoa.ssay (RIA) method. Results: The CHF patient's blood insulin density and TNF- a index the CHF normal contrast section obviously advances, the difference is extremely remarkable ( P ＜ 0. Ol ) ;The heart lacking in vital energy patient' s serum insulin and TNF - a are ( 8.24 ± 3.71 ) mIU/L, ( 33.20 ± 6.14) ng/L, the heart deficiency of yang patient ' s serum insulin and TNF - a are (9.67 ± 1.52) mIU/L, (56.22 ± 9.11 ) ng/L, the heart deficiency of vital energy and yang patient' s serum insulin and TNF -a are( 12.34 ±4.21 ) mIU/L, (83.45 ± 15.12) ng/L,the yang spirit prostration patient' s serum insulin and TNF - a are ( 14.41 ± 3.22) mIU/L, (99.20 ± 13.82 ) ng/L. Different Chinese medicine dialectics of the patient' s serum insulin, TNF - a, has a difference statistics to learn meaning( P ＜ O. Ol or P ＜ O. 05 ). Conclusion: The CHF patient' s serum insulin, TNF - a have obviously advances, and have certain relationship with the Chinese medicine dialectics. As a result, serum insulin and TNF -a should bo the tiny view index sign of clinical Chinese medicine dialectics.关键词
