Abstract
Objective: To investigate the expression of protease-activated receptor-2 (PAR-2) and microvessel density (MVD) in normal cervix, carcinoma in situ of uterine cervix and invasive carcinoma of cervix. Methods:Immunohistochemistry method was used to examine the expressions of PAR-2 and MVD in 70 specimens of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 20 carcinoma in situ of uterine cervix , and 15 normal cervical specimens. Result: The expressions of PAR-2 and MVD were higher in cervical invasive caroinoma than those in normal cervical tissues (P ＜ 0.01 ). The expressions of PAR-2 and MVD in positive and negative lymph nodes metastasis of pelvic cavity were statistical significance (P ＜ 0.01 ). The expression of MVD was significantly higher in PAR-2 positive group than that in negative group. Conclusion:PAR-2 and MVD are closely associated with the invasion and metastasis of cervical carcinoma.关键词
