摘要

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the mechanisms of the method of adjust liver to stop bleeding to cure the uterus bleeding sideeffect with IUD. Methods: Primary culturing the endometrial tissue, then treat them with drug - containing serum, using western blot method to check the leve of phosphorylation of ERK1/2 and PI3 K signal pathway. Results: ChaiHuZhiXueYe group have a tendency of increasing the phosphorylation leve of ERK1/2 and PI3K. Conclusions: ChaiHu ZhiXueYe may actirate ERK1/2 and PI3 K signal pathway to stop bleeding.
