摘要
Abstract
Objective:Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Paeoniae Alba, as traditional Chinese medicine, were used in clinics for so many years. Comparing their different effects on blood deficiency by Pharmacological experiments to provide the scientific basis of clinical medicine is the main purpose of this experiment. Methods:The model was replicated by intraperitoneal injection of 100mg· kg-1 per day for three days. And the blank control group was given intraperitoneal injection the same Volume's Physiological Saline. Results: At the 12th day, the Routine blood test showed that the RBC, HGB, HCT of model group significantly decreased. The treatment group had better recovery than model group, and the effect of the extracts of Radix Paeoniae Alba was better than the extracts of Radix Paeoniae Rubra.关键词
