杜仲抗UVB致HaCaT细胞光老化活性部位的初步筛选
Screening on Activity Part of Eucommia for Resistance Photoaging from UVB Induced Damage
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To ensure the effective part of Eucommia for anti - photoaging. Methods: Ethanol extract of Eucommia macroporous resin prepared by different parts of the concentration gradients of ethanol. The cell model of photoaging was acted with elution positions. The effective portion of anti - photoaging of eucommia was ensured by the index of cell morphology, cytoactive and LDH, MDA, SOD activity. Results: At the dosage of 125μg·mL-1 ,cytoactive were raised(P <0. 05 ) ;LDH activity were decreased(P <0. 01 ); MDA activity were decreased (P < 0. 05 ) ;SOD activity wasincreased( P < 0. 05 ) when 50% elution site were added. Conclusion: Oxygen free radicals were scavenged; SOD activity were increased and MDA activity were decreased, and it protected membranes from damage and reduce the leakage of LDH. It proved that the eucommia site of 50% ethanol eluting could resist cell photo- damage.关键词
