Abstract
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Xueshuantong injection and manual reduction on cervical spondylosis. Methods:109 patients diagnosed as cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the Xueshuantong injection in combination manual reduction group (n =58) and the manual reduction treatment group (n =51 ). The clinical symptoms and signs were assessed before and after the treatment. Results: The rate of patients with improvement was 94.82％ and 82.23％ in the Xueshuantong injection in combination manual reduction group treatment group and the manual reduction group respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion: Xueshuantong injection combining with manual reduction is an effective therapeutic option for treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis.关键词
