Hepatitis C virus infection and its therapeutic drugs
摘要
Abstract
Hepatitis C virus (HCV) can lead to chronic hepatitis C (CHC) in ways that favor viral replication and persistent infection. The current standard treatment for hepatitis C virus infection is the combination ofpegylated IFN with ribavirin (PEG-IFN/RBV). In the recent years there has been significant advances in the understanding of viral replication and the development of anti-virus agents. This review summarizes the current knowledge of HCV cell entry, replication, escaping host innate and adaptive immune responses and current clinical trails of anti-HCV drugs.关键词
