CCR4及CCR8在子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜及异位灶的表达
Expression of CCR4 and CCR8 in eutopic endometrium and ectopic foci of endometriosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the expression of chemokine receptors CCR4 and CCR8 in the eutopic endometrium and ectopic foci of patients with endometriosis. Methods :Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the protein expression of CCR4 and CCR8 in the eutopic endometrium and ectopic foci of endometriosis.with the endometrium of normal fertile women as control. Results:The expression of CCR4 and CCR8 in the eutopic endometrium was significantly higher than that of the normal endometrium ( P＜0. 05 ) , while the expression of CCR4 and CCR8 in the ectopic foci was significantly higher than that of the eutopic endometrium ( P＜0.05) . Conclusion : Our research indicates that CCR4 and CCR8 is involved in the pathogenesis and development of endometriosis.关键词
