摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between blood glucose level and prognosis in the coagulopathy patients with acute traumatic brain injury. Methods Clinical data of 120 cases with acute traumatic brain injury were analyzed retrospectively , and the effect of blood glucose level on its blood clotting function and its prognosis was observed. Results The blood sugar level was positively correlated with the incidence of coagulopathy ( P ＜ 0. 01 ), and the blood glucose level was negatively correlated with survival rate ( P ＜0. 01 ), but was positively correlated with disability degrees ( P ＜0. 01 ). Conclusion The blood glucose level can provide new methods and ways for the early stage diagnosis of the coagulopathy patients with acute traumatic brain injured, and is valuable for the prognostic evaluation of patients.关键词
