盆底功能性磁刺激治疗压力性尿失禁50例分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical results of efficiency and applicability of functional magnetic stimulation (FMS) of the pelvic floor for treating stress urinary incontinence in women. Methods A total of 50 women with demonstrable stress urinary incontinence in the People's Hospital of Liaoning Province were prospectively studied by treating with functional magnetic stimulation between Jan. 2008 and June 2009. Pretreatment and posttreatment evaluation was accessed by subjective and objective parameters. Patients were followed up for 3,6 and 12 months. Results All of the patients, the mean I-QOL score increases 9.34; in one-hour pad weighting test, the mean pad weight reduces 4.65g; the average number of incontinence episodes three days decreases 5.46 times; bladder capacity at first desire to void and valsalva leak point pressure increase respectively 14.58ml and 17.85 cmH20. All of these test have more significant difference( P ＜0.01 ). About 78％ of the patients were completely dry and 16％ reported improvement after the treatment. In all of the patients who were completely dry, the recurrence rate at 3,6,12 months follow-up was respectively 56.41％,79.49％ ,94.87％. Conclusion Functional magnetic stimulation of pelvic floor is a safe, easy, painless and noninvasive treatment for stress urinary incontinence. This treatment have more significant clinical effect, but it keeps a short term.关键词
