摘要
Abstract
Thl7 cells are identified in recent years as a kind of CD/ T lymphocyte subsets, the polarization mechanism and function properties of which are totally distinct from those of Thl, Th2 cells subsets. The main functions of Thl7 cells are secreting proinflammatory cytokine like IL-17 etc. to induce immune responses in the process of IBD pathogenesis. Through controlling the cytokines related to Thl7 cells, symptoms of IBD can be obviously alleviated. This article reviews the new progress on Thl7 cells and the related cytokines in immunoregulatory of inflammatory bowel disease.关键词
