Abstract
Hypertension and cognitive impairment are two big health problems. Researches have proved that there is close relationship between hypertension and cognitive decline. It has been popular to explore the relationship between blood pressure and cognitive function. The article elaborates the relationship between blood pressure and cognitive function and the effect of antihypertension on cognitive function, and discusses the influencing mechanism of hypertension to cognitive impairment.关键词
