摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic values of troponin T( TnT ) and echocardiography in viral myocarditis ( VMC ).Methods After informed consent,35 cases of VMC( 12 severe cases,23 mild cases )and 30 healthy subjects received TnT and myocardial enzymogram measurement within 24 h of admission.The results were analyzed and compared each other.Echocardiographic changes 6 months after onset were followed up.Results TnT positive rate( 94.29％ ) of VMC patients admitted within 24 h was significantly higher than that of the myocardial enzymogram( CK, CK - MB, AST, LDH )( P ＜ 0.05 ).VMC patients in early stage were of decreased left ventricular systolic function compared with the control group.All patients had enlarged left ventricular diastolic diameter and thickening interventricular septum, but left ventricular end diastolic diameter in mild patients increased more significantly( P ＜ 0.05 ) and their interventricular septums were close to normal( P ＜ 0.05 ) compared with those in the severe ones.After 6 months,the above echocardiographic indicators of severe patients recovered more significantly than those of mild patients( P ＜0.05 ).Conclusion TnT is of high specificity and sensitivity in the diagnosis of VMC.Echocardiography may have certain values in the judgment of pathogenetic condition and prognosis of VMC.关键词
