Abstract
Objective To observate the clinical efficacy of the lithotripsy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with Paishi Tang in the treatment for ureteral stones.Methods 496 cases of patients with ureteral stones in our hospital from January 2008 to December were treated,according to the different parts of the stone to stay, different posture, treatment, energy-voltage12～14kv, with BYS-type B-cystic-type extracorporeal shock wave location the impact of the amount of stone machine crushed stone ranging from 1000-3000 times, gravel, and then taking Paishi Tang.Reaults The otal effective rate was 99.40%, and the cure rate was 96.98%. Conclusions Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with Paishi Tang in the treatment of ureteral calculi, it's a quick, simple, safe and with little damage and an immediate analgesic effect.关键词
