摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application in the treatment of intestinal obstruction diatrizoate line upper gastrointestinal imaging, angiography of the lower digestive tract application value. Methods 100 cases of intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into two groups one group of applications, the control group conventional treatment of intestinal obstruction by fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, rehydration and anti-infective treatment, 10% saline enema 2 treatment, the treatment group to the nose stomach injection of meglumine diatrizoate 40 ml normal saline plus 4o ml, 30% meglumine diatrizoate enema 500ml. The results of the treatment group and control group have the efficiency of conservative treatment were 90% and 66.6% ( P<0.05 ). Treatment group of outstanding conservative treatment in the control group, clinical efficacy was superior to the control group.关键词
