摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the profile of antibiotic resistance and producing extended spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBLs)of Klebsiella Pneumoniae and Escherichia coli.Mothods The antibiotic resistance and the status of producing extended spectrum beta-lactamases of the 181 strains isolated from clinic were analyzed based on the standard of National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards. The results of antibiotic resistance and producing extended spectrum beta-lactamases were ascertained according to the standard of NCCLS.Results The positive proportion producing ESBLs of 181 strains(68 strains producing ESBLs) were 37.57%.46 strains of 68 strains producing ESBLs were Klebsiella Pneumoniac, the positive proportion of which were 33.6%.Tbe proportion of 22 strains of Escherichia coil producing ESBLs were 50%.The strains producing ESBLs came to being drug resistance to Ampicillin, Aztreonam, cefazolin and so on.The positive proportion producing ESBLs, isolated from the trachea secretion and senile disease department were the highest.Conoluaions The positive proportion producing ESBLs of Klebsiella Pneumoniae and Escherichia coil isolated from guanlan district were higher.The strains producing ESBLs came to being generally drug resistance to the first,second cephalesporin and helices beta-lactam antibiotics, the result of which hinted the strains boosted up antibiotic resistance and broadened the spectrum of resistance, so that the strains could withstand action of antibiotic breakage.Henceforth, the doctor should select antibiotic in reason,detect ulteriorly the strains producing ESBLs and reinforce to control the appearance and spread of bacterial strain of resistance to antibiotic.
